The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

No, all products can be used with any hair type or texture.

Yes I offer it. When purchasing your products click the gifting option. An additional $4 will be applied.

Wholesale availability

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, please do not purchase prior to inboxing me for details if you want to do a local pickup and avoid shipping costs. I am in the DMV 22026 Area.

Do you deliver to Kent Washington via USPS?

As of February 4th, I will no longer shipping any items via USPS which go to or by way of Kent Washington. Kent Washington post office is unfortunately the hub for lost, missing and stolen products. After shipping twice two separate packages to the same customer for the same order to Kent which was lost the first time. The second handmade package I did all over again and it’s late and having issues with Kent Washington post office. NEVER again will I ship to or through there via USPS. If a customer wishes to order to Kent Washington. You’ll need to let me know prior to ordering so I can set up a custom order using FedEx or UPS prior. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is just a very shady post office and we no longer will deal with them.
